By accessing or using the NexaLuxury platform ("Platform") available at zoom.nekkha.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

NexaLuxury is a crypto-to-utility payment aggregator that enables users to pay for utility services (mobile recharges, DTH, electricity, water, gas bills) using supported cryptocurrencies including USDT, USDC, and NEXA.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws regarding cryptocurrency usage.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All payments are processed via supported cryptocurrency networks (TRC20, BSC, Nexa Chain).
• Exchange rates displayed are approximate and for informational purposes. Actual amounts are determined at the time of payment processing.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct deposit address.
• Transactions sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks cannot be recovered.

• Recharge and bill payments are executed through third-party providers upon confirmation of crypto payment.
• Processing times depend on blockchain confirmation speed and service provider availability.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays caused by network congestion or third-party provider outages.

• Service fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are borne by the user and are not controlled by NexaLuxury.
• We reserve the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or burdens Platform infrastructure.

• NexaLuxury is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for losses due to cryptocurrency price volatility, blockchain failures, or third-party service provider issues.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any activity we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
