NexaLuxury is built for people who actually use crypto in their daily lives. If there's a service, operator, or feature you want us to support — we want to hear about it. Your request goes directly to our product team.
What You Can Request
- New operators: A mobile operator, DTH provider, or utility company we don't support yet.
- New service categories: OTT subscriptions, gaming top-ups, toll payments, insurance premiums, etc.
- New cryptocurrencies: Want to pay with a coin we don't accept yet? Let us know.
- New features: Recurring payments, scheduled recharges, bulk payments, API access, etc.
- Region expansion: Want NexaLuxury available in another country? We're listening.
How To Submit
Email us with the subject line "Product Request" and include:
- What service/feature you want.
- Why it matters to you (use case).
- How often you'd use it (daily, weekly, monthly).
What Happens Next
- We review every request — nothing gets ignored.
- Popular requests get prioritized. If multiple people ask for the same thing, it moves up the queue.
- We'll update you via email when your request ships.
- Some requests may take longer depending on integration complexity and partner availability.
